The theatre is one of their favourite amusements. The outside of it is
painted with brilliant and lively colours, and the decorations within
are in the same style. We have attended it several times. The dialogue
is spoken in a kind of recitative, accompanied by a concert of music.
Each performer, on his first entrance, declares what part he is to
represent, and where the scene of action lies.
