Dylan is a student at St. Anne's College, University of Oxford, reading for a BA in Chinese Studies. His research interests include international relations, Chinese popular culture, and the situation of Chinese regional languages. He is currently working on his dissertation on diglossia and language policy in the Sinosphere.
